Rebecca Slotegraaf

Neal Gilliatt Chair
Rebecca Slotegraaf is the Associate Dean for Research and Neal Gilliatt Chair and Professor of Marketing at Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. Her research focuses on understanding when new product introductions, environmental sustainability, and brand strength influence a firm’s financial returns and competitive advantage. She has published in numerous top-ranked marketing and management journals, including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, and Organization Science.
Her research was a finalist for the Jan Benedict Steenkamp Award for Long-term Impact and earned the Jagdish N. Sheth Award. She currently serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of Marketing Research and serves on the Editorial Boards of five other top-ranked journals. She also served as an Associate Editor for the 3rd Edition of the PDMA New Product Management Handbook.
Professor Slotegraaf has taught at the undergraduate, MBA, and PhD levels, and received the Indiana University Trustees Teaching award in 2014 and 2018. She also received an innovative teaching award from the Kelley School of Business in 2008. Professor Slotegraaf has worked with several companies and builds her insights from work across several industries, including automotive, consumer durables, fast-moving consumer goods, high-technology, and pharmaceuticals.

Peter A. Bamberger is the Domberger Professor of Management at Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management, and Research Director of Cornell’s Smithers Institute. His research examines rewards management, teamwork, and employee wellbeing. Author of several books including Human Resource Strategy (Taylor & Francis, 2024) and Exposing Pay (Oxford, 2023), Bamberger has published over 120 referred journal articles. An elected Fellow of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management, he served as an associate editor of Academy of Management Journal, and editor-in-chief of Academy of Management Discoveries. He currently serves as President of the Academy of Management.
Zoran Krupka
Full-time professor of marketing – University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business
Vice Dean for Quality and Internationalization
Zoran Krupka is a full-time professor of marketing at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, and a Vice Dean for Quality and Internationalization. He has completed an international study program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His research, published in leading journals such as the Journal of Business Research, focuses on international marketing, brand management, and market strategies. He is also a visiting proffessor worldwide.
